In 2014, we embarked on a bold mission: to craft a vibrant, waterproof cotton canvas fabric. Through relentless innovation, we perfected our signature formula that now sets our canvas apart.

Each year, our local and worldly adventures, art encounters and people we meet inspire a curated palette of hues to excite and motivate.

Our Delhi based colour maestro masterfully mixes raw pigments, breathing life into these shades. Embracing the artisanal "by eye" process, every batch promises unique and intriguing results.

Cora + Spink takes immense pride in the development of our cotton lining material that truly sets our products apart. Handspun and handwoven, this material is sourced from villages near Delhi, where skilled artisans have honed their craft through generations.

These local communities are deeply connected to their traditional methods, which involve spinning the cotton yarn by hand and carefully weaving it on wooden looms. In addition to their remarkable craftsmanship, the villagers ingeniously manage waste by incorporating reclaimed cotton into their yarns.

Supporting these artisanal communities with out charity, just good prices paid and regular work helps build a one-of-a-kind, and high-quality material that embodies the perfect blend of craftsmanship, authenticity, and environmental responsibility.

Workshop.

Our boldest move in 2022, was to open the doors to our own workshop near Delhi. Here, our skilled tailors and artisans create bags in a clean, efficient, and friendly environment. Designed with employee well-being in mind, the facility offers a supportive setting that nurtures both personal and professional growth.

We invest in our artisans by providing training programs, fair wages, and a healthy work-life balance. By fostering a sense of community and celebrating their unique talents, we ensure each Cora + Spink product is crafted with passion, dedication, and unparalleled craftsmanship.
