How much is delivery?

Always free postage in the UK via Royal Mail tracked 24.

Europe is £6.00 – or free with a purchase over £100 and/or a coupon.

USA, Canada is £15.00 – or free with a purchase over £120 and/or valid coupon.

Rest of the world is £15.00.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Cora + Spink accepts all major debit and credit cards.

At checkout you can:

How long will delivery take?

UK delivery is 2 to 5 working days. Europe 5 to 14 working days. Rest of the world we aim for 7 to 14 days. All using Royal Mail or couriers. All orders are tracked – you will receive notification to your email inbox as well as SMS to your phone – if you create an account this information will be available here too.

How secure is shopping online with Cora + Spink? Is my data protected?

Very secure. We use advanced server encryption of your data. Please note the padlock/secure symbol in your browser bar. Additionally our payment gateways are entirely separate from this website we are never party to your card details.

What exactly happens after ordering?

We process all orders the same day they arrive, and despatch even in our busiest periods the same day. Our warehouse has multiple collections per day from all major courier companies. 

Once received your order is picked, packed, checked and sent!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All orders are complete and final once you have paid – a copy of your invoice and order details are available online for you to download from your account section. Additionally you will receive a full break down of your order in an email, and printed in your package.
